December 4, 2019 – Mt. Laurel, NJ – The Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP) is pleased to announce that submissions are now being accepted for Previews Session proposals for the 42nd SSP Annual Meeting!
The 42nd SSP Annual Meeting will be held May 27–29, 2020, in Boston, Massachusetts, with the meeting theme of “Rethink, Reimagine, & Revolutionize the Future of Scholarly Communication,” and we will continue the tradition of kicking off the last day of the meeting with the popular Previews plenary.
Friday, May 29 will begin with five-minute presentations, delivered back-to-back in a lively and engaging format. The Previews presentations showcase new products, platforms, and/or content from publishers and vendors, followed by a live vote to select and present the award for the audience favorite.
Submissions for the previews session are being accepted via the ScholarOne portal from now through January 31, 2020. Everyone who submits a proposal will be notified of the final decision by mid-February.
