Can’t join us in Portland? Then the Virtual Registration Option is for you! While there is nothing quite like attending the Annual Meeting in person, we recognize that not everyone has the opportunity or ability to travel. As a result, we are excited to offer virtual attendees this opportunity to keep up with the latest issues in scholarly communication and network with your peers without leaving your home or workplace. Virtual attendance is ideal for industry professionals who need the flexibility of a remote option to attend the SSP 45th Annual Meeting in Portland.
The keynote, plenary sessions, and six educational sessions will be live-streamed from Portland from May 31–June 2, thanks to our sponsor MDPI. Any presentation materials will be available as well. Recordings of all 24 educational sessions will be available on demand within 48 hours after the session, along with a complete attendee list and posters.
Feel like you are right in the room at the meeting! Virtual attendees can submit questions to speakers during the live-streamed sessions via a chat. You can also chat in real time with other virtual attendees via the virtual meeting platform for online networking. Two online networking opportunities will also be available for virtual attendees.
