Other Advertising Opportunities

The SSP Annual Meeting provides an exceptional opportunity to promote your business or service to companies and individuals in the scholarly publishing industry.

We offer four-color advertising in the preliminary program and/or on-site program. The preliminary program is mailed to more than 10,000 potential attendees and reaches all SSP members. The on-site program is given to every attendee at SSP's annual meeting.

Four Color Advertising in the Preliminary or On-Site Programs

• Back Cover - 7”w x 9-1/2”h $750 (on-site only)
• Inside Front Cover - 7”w x 9-1/2”h $600
• Inside Back Cover - 7”w x 9-1/2”h $600
• Full Page - 7”w x 9-1/2”h $500
• Half Page - 7”w x 4-3/4”h $300

Literature Table: Place your brochure or pamphlet on a table in the exhibit hall for attendees to take away from the event. Space at the Literature Exhibit Table is $200 (SSP members) or $300 (non-SSP members) per brochure, pamphlet, etc.

Media Distribution: SSP will place your brochure or pamphlet in each registration packet distributed to attendees. Item(s) in the registration packet are $400 (SSP members) or $500 (non-SSP members) per brochure, pamphlet, etc.

Note: SSP reserves the right to accept, reject, delete, or reword advertising. For brochure and other literature placements, SSP reserves the right to accept or reject materials and will issue a refund for nonaccepted materials.
